1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FindaHost's property management platform, website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FindaHost. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

FindaHost provides a property management platform that connects landlords and tenants. Our Service includes:

• Property listing and management tools for landlords
• Property search and discovery features for tenants
• Tenant verification and screening services
• Communication tools between landlords and tenants
• Integration with third-party property listing platforms (e.g., Zoopla)
• Payment processing and subscription management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3.2 Account Types

Our Service supports two types of accounts:

• Landlord Accounts: For property owners and managers who wish to list and manage properties
• Tenant Accounts: For individuals seeking rental properties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Property Listings

5.1 Listing Requirements

Landlords who create property listings agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete property information
• Use only photographs that accurately represent the property
• Comply with all applicable housing and rental laws
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries
• Maintain listings in good standing and update information as needed

5.2 Third-Party Listings

When you choose to publish listings on third-party platforms (e.g., Zoopla), you agree to comply with those platforms' terms and conditions. FindaHost is not responsible for third-party platform policies or actions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Plans

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Authorise automatic renewal of your subscription
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Accept that subscription prices may change with advance notice

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FindaHost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g., property listings, photos). By submitting content, you grant FindaHost a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINDAHOST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Security of the Service or protection against viruses or other harmful components

FindaHost does not verify the accuracy of property listings or user information. We are not a party to any rental agreements between landlords and tenants.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDAHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from conduct or content of third parties on the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindaHost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
